Not sure if coal if cheap in your area or not but I talked to a guy recently that just put in a coal burner. The numbers he gave me to heat the shop in that area were extremely cheap.

What are you guys useing to heat your shops?.
Wood Burner, LP, corn, natural gas etc.... Trying to get an idea what would be good to use when I build a new one.

Wood, seems I always have a surplus of scraps.
THose are nice mike but, wood is pretty much free for me.
I have a 175,000 BTU propane Modine heater. Actually I have 2.
Wood burner. Free fuel.
