Here are some pictures of actual scratches in glass that we ground out and then polished back to clear. On "normal" construction scratches on glass, it's a very fast 2-step process. On glass graffiti type deep damage, it's a 3 step process. Here are some before/after glass scratch repair pictures. Feedback and questions are welcome. Most people do not believe it can be done but we've been doing it for 6+ years so I am thinking it can!
I couldn't get the pics to work right so I just links to some other pics I had on another post. I'll figure it out eventually!

Wow I see scratched glass often, usually after the final clean team comes through with their large razor scrapers. Glass surfaces are a lot softer than one may think. Some would speculate the cause to be a increasing amount of flux in the glass make up? What products do you use in scratch removal? Is this a CR Laurence system? How do you make it work so well?
