Abybody have a good scheduling prgm. they use?
Easy learning curve, easy to use and no glitches. Should relate to custom building scenerio. Reasonably priced (Not spending $500.00).

To me there is nothing like the book on my dashboard. Mine is 5 x 8 and I have a monthly calander, several "notes" pages and the telephone directory in the back. I can go backward, foward, make calls and schedule an appointment with the book right at my fingertips. I designed the whole thing in my excel program. At first I created this time card set up on my computer. But I still keep coming back to the book. It's just easier.

You might take a look over at lawnsite.com
I bought a program from Gopher, there is a link to it on lawnsite.

It allows you to schedule, print invoices ,and keep track of expenses.
Pretty nice program and around $300-400.

Microsoft Project is ok.. SureTrak is better.
MS Proj and SureTrak are around 4-500. For a smaller company who really wants a CPM scheduling solution I would recommend SureTrak. Spend the money and get something that's going to work.
