Ive used the Simpson adjustable pitch hangers with TJI rafters a bunch, they work good and are quick to put on.

I used a chain to hook this wall up so I could adjust the balance when I lifted . It worked out well. I have 3 other similar walls that I can't reach with my machine, so I will use a crane to raise them. He is gonna have a better house this time around.

That's a mag 77- it's THE ONLY worm drive

Looks like it's getting 1 1/2" foam over the sheathing. That'll get the R's up there!

I am wrapping the hole with wood to give us better backing for installing the window and trim.. The whole house gets 6" Hardi-lap this time.

We only do 2x3 around the windows when we do it that way.

That moment frame was in the original house, now I am building around it.
