I am involved in the insurance restoration business; specifically emergency service and structural drying. I need to be "RME'd" by a company so I can work under their general in order to get on a specific vendors list. I've found a guy who is willing to do this in exchange for me providing leads on the restoration end of things.

I have an attorney but he's not that familiar with the process. Is there simple paperwork that can be obtained in order to make this official?

Thanks in advance!

This question gets asked quite a lot, but hard to get good info.
Why don't you re-post this under "Business/Contractor License".
You want to get Phil aka "License Guru" to pick up yr question.
He's the man with the knowledge.
Good luck.
