We are working on a small structure ~20x~20 that must maintain a somewhat even base temperature with min/max year round interior average temps between 65 - 68 degrees and max of 55 - 74 degrees F with controlled humility levels. Active heating and cooling will be installed but needs less than 10,000btu/hr at peak. This is in Ohio, so temp changes are pretty big.

If such a structure is framed 2x12 with spray on insulation and fiber-cement siding, would styrofoam sheathing, foil wrap, or tyvek warp be more appropriate?

Opinions on foam types?
