I use Liberty Mutual for my general liability, and also my commercial auto policy. They are very reasonable and j have never had a problem with them. Your best bet is to find an insurance broker because they will find you the best rates possible
Residential GC Insurance
So my liability insurance provider decided to not renew my policy because they are getting away from insuring General Contractors. I have never made a claim, but I am now realizing how difficult it is for a General Contractor to find a good insurance company. Just curious what you guys are shelling out to you companies, and if there are any good companies out there that are willing to insure a GC? Are you guys even having this problem?
