I've got to open up a wall from the outside; water and carpenter ant damage have been found on the second floor, where I opened up the plaster wall; has anyone been able to replace studs from the outside with out demoing the plaster and lath on the inside?
Is it feasible to get the old studs out without damaging the interior? ( they recently put new wallpaper up)
could I liquid nail the studs to the wall?
thanks,
Tersh
