a city boy tried using my client's MS271 and now I have to fix it. looks like he ran it too long with the brake on and the housing melted to the clutch-the engine barely turns over but there's movement.
little digging on the internet shows I can order a new plastic housing but not sure if anything else inside is melted/damaged without tearing it down.
anyone dealt with a repair like this?
