Screened-in concrete porch had artificial turf glued with yellow floor glue. I pulled it up (easy) and have to prep it for floor paint. The concrete is very smooth and in good shape. Will a thorough sanding, vac & mop be enough to prep for paint? There's no place for solvents to run off or do a thorough rinse, and I figure the residue might just make it worse, anyhow. Am I on the right track? Presumably clean, dry, and some sort of bonding primer?

It might be, but I wouldn't count on it. You'll end up with slightly different textures going on it the glue wasn't spread evenly. I would rent a walk behind grinder/polisher.
