I have a bunch of old power drills in my garage, anyone know if you can rebuild the batteries in them?

Welcome to CT, there is an introduction section on the forum.

There is also a tool forum where this topic has been discussed. Im not sure about the Lithium batteries but the Ni cad can be rebuilt I believe.

Yes, most likely they can be rebuilt. If it's economically feasible is a different story. You may be able to get replacement batteries at Interstate Batteries or elsewhere. Just consider the age and quality of the tool before spending g a bunch of money on them.

I had several done at Intersate. Was cheaper, but the batteries weren't as good. In my opinion. I should have just bought new ones and I have ever since.
