The brick work is all that remains of a 1920's era lumberyard / hardware store complex. I was renting the lumberbays for my shop space when they burnt in 1997. Owner then sold me the lot, and I've been building on it ever since.

This building is solid masonry--8 inch CMU. (double wyth on the lower mainstreet wall) veneered with 4 inch splitface cmu on three sides and hand pitched limestone on the front. Floor joists and roof framing is steel. ( Not much wood to burn now!!) Put stone around the windows and doors on the splitface walls. Tryed to make it look 100 years old to blend in with the other remaining buildings here on mainstreet.
