I have never heard of them, but a quick google search got me to these guys: http://www.hawkwoodworkingtools.com

They are apparently the owners of what once was RBI. Before doing anything, I would contact them and find out if spare parts are still available. Blades are likely standard, which can be had cut to order from a lot of sharpening or industrial supply stores. Same with belts, but the other items may be more difficult.

The RBI was very similar too the woodmaster and Foley belsaw multi purpose planer/molders. They aren't bad machines but if your main task is planing/surfacing, I would find a dedicated machine. The rubber feed rollers on these machines were always the weak part.
