That's a lot of roxul buddy.
Not enough. This is the most chopped up block of towns I've ever done. Every unit is different heights. A lot of planning went into these. But to answer, anything from 6-9 guys. Had 2 off most of the week. Got a couple others on another job next week.
Need more manpower. Could honestly take another 5 if I could find them.

That's a solid 4 days of work! We don't do very many exterior wall. Every job we are on is all masonry / CIP exterior walls. We either start with floor trusses or roof framing depending on whether or not the floors are poured.

A little embarrassed to say we were stick framing an irregular hip for a vaulted ceiling and that thing kicked my ass today. Ran the numbers a few times. Didn't want to miscut the 28' lvl's. Much respect to the regular roof stackers! Got to say I was pleased when the bevel and plumb cut were right on. Didn't help that I was dealing with two crazy pitches on the old roof...one was a 2-5/16th inch pitch and the other was a 5-11/16 inch pitch. Gotta love matching existing framing.

Started another addition today. Coming full circle. This is the house my parents bought in 1972. Mom sold It 15 years ago got a call to put on the addition.
Not starting off so good, mason is out 2" and block offset is wrong
