I did this on my last build as well, made more sense being the knee wall also had major LVL header in it with two levels of parallam posts bearing on it.I have done the wall built up to the bottom of the subfloor quite often. Just put some extra glue and nail the sheats on top of the studs. works super well on two story homes as also. Electrition and plumbers love it.
Well, I assume he would have listed that in his reasons for not installing wrap now. Being he was using OSB for exterior, I pretty much assumed sheer inspection was a minimal issue.Does he have any shear walls?

si do i juste flots chat off angle ? And i sûre home chose feelings cet trappes cause chose bracelets gare à lutter off .Last couple houses, the last one had a couple 35 degree walls, nothing too complicated in these though.
And we have Tyvek crews here. Thats is all they do..
