I thought it would be cool to be able to come to one place and view everyones framing, so post away.
I did this on my last build as well, made more sense being the knee wall also had major LVL header in it with two levels of parallam posts bearing on it.I have done the wall built up to the bottom of the subfloor quite often. Just put some extra glue and nail the sheats on top of the studs. works super well on two story homes as also. Electrition and plumbers love it.
What kind of question is this? Of course one doesn't need it on to swing, it just saves time and is safer to do it on the ground. If I worked in your area, I'd be finding a way.Why would you need house wrap to put trusses on??? BTW southern Alberta is subject to high wind areas, and therefore framers never put house wrap on. Though we are required to put on a strip of house wrap with a 2x2 for soffit backing. Not required there jt?
si do i juste flots chat off angle ? And i sûre home chose feelings cet trappes cause chose bracelets gare à lutter off .Last couple houses, the last one had a couple 35 degree walls, nothing too complicated in these though.
And we have Tyvek crews here. Thats is all they do..
