I have a cabinet door from a client that I'm trying to match. I would like to build a couple more doors just like them(or close to them) with the same detail. The cabinets are Mid-Continent brand.

I have been looking for the stile and rail router bit set that matches the existing doors jointery but don't see anything that comes close.

I have attached a couple of pics, one of the door, and a close-up of the detail for the rail and stile.

If you have something that you think might work and can give me some details about the set of router bits that would be great.

Thanks in advance for any help with this.

round nose bit for the grove and hand cut tenon then half round bit to round it?
I sure cant find any matched sets for job specific though.

Why not a standard craftsman door bit set, does the inside round need to be there? I can have any set of bits made locally, but it is about 600-700 a set, for 2 bits, does not seem worth it. I bought a standard set of T&G from cmt couple weeks ago cost was like 60$-70$, but square bottom.

Does the M&T have to be round?
Is it really going to be noticed if it's not?

If bits are not readily available for the job, then I'd pose to the customer their options.
1 - Custom made bits, plus the cost of making the doors
2 - Square cut mortise/tenon that can be done quickly and easily on the tablesaw.
