OK, after some advice from Hatchet (THANKS!) I've been able to improve our Google ranking from a 0/10 to a 5/10.
or anyone who knows how to do it.
I'm curious to know how you did this exactly.

Getting other sites to link to your sites... especially high traffic sites.

So basiaclly buying advertisements on other sites?

Doesn't it have something, also, to do with your amount of traffic?

Traffic comes from links and search engines. Google as one search engine relies heavily on incoming links from other sites - preferrably from different c block ip addresses. I wouldn't say it's buying links either - you can request a link exchange with sites which in most cases is free.

OK, it may not be important, but what's a c block IP address?

How can you see what your ranking on Google is?

Don't worry about IP blocks. It can get pretty complex. Basically, you want sites to link to you that are hosted on different servers.

yea I didn't think it mattered, I was just curious ;)

I checked my page rank, it gave a list of ip's and a rank of 2 for all of them. What does that mean?

I think those IP's are the IP's for each page on your site? Just a guess.
