I have a (B) general contractors license, I also carry a c2 license and my company is incorporated in California. I am not currently doing any work, therefore not using my license. Me and a friend are trying to for a partnership or somehow use my (B) license to perform work on cell sites in California. Would this be possible since some of the scope of work consists of c10 classification (i.e. setting the electrical cabinets) and some falls under c7 low voltage? Would this be considered 2 seperate trades, therefore allowing us to perform the work under the (B) license? Secondly, since my company is incorporated, and so is his company, how should we go about doing this?
