So I have been receiving a steady flow of replacement tools from my insurance company for the last week or so, probably 50 packages at this point. The hand tools are exact replacements and are what they should be. However I upgraded a few items and I am quite disappointed in quality to say the least. Opened up my new trim guns last night and decided I would finish up some trim in my bathroom this morning. Can't use my new kapex because it's on the way back to festool to be replaced do to a horrible scraping noise. No worries, I'll drag out the dewalt. Come back inside and my new jc10 compressor is still running, braided discharge line has ruptured and will not allow compressor to reach a full tank.
The way I see it both of these issues could have been easily been found if the quality control people would have done there jobs and run these tools through the paces. I men an air leak in an air compressor is ridiculous.
