I am a General Contractor in FL looking to do business with a existing window company. There are 3 companies involved. 1. GC (me,), 2. Window Sales Company, and 3. Window Installation company. We are trying to keep the companies separate and share share profits. I have read that naming a chief financial officer will limit the bookkeeping liability to me as the GC. I do not know how to set this agreement up on paper. Also I do not want the installation company to be considered employees of mine.

Does anyone have any suggestions or advice?

First go to the intro section and give us some info about yourself. Then you will be given advice. I don't live in Fla. but some of the posters do and they will be able to help you more than me.
