Before and after pics of a home repaint in Winter Park Florida. A week after Charlie came thru and a tree is currently in the living room.

Somehow I missed these... Very nice!
I love all those homes in Winter Park. I don't do any work down there though... do you run into a lot of led down there?

I do quite a bit in Winter Park...Winter Park has more millionaires per capita than any city in the US...That home being specific has a 350k price tag on it built in 1911....I'll be doing another craftsman style there on Wed. Havent ran into lead at all yet most of the homes had some sort of abatement and or major remodel in the 80s.
