Hello All!

So, I have a repeat remodel customer. Have done many interior rooms and a deck over the years. This time he needs a roof and siding replacement. This is something I would typically sub-out but I will take all the work I can get right now (ain't this economy great?). It's not that I've never done siding. I have installed it many times for my own rentals and fix-n-flips, as well as many years ago as a laborer, just never as a bid-job. Can someone suggest a good price? I already have the job but don't want to over charge the home owner, at the same time don't want to cheat myself or my guys. The house has 5 gables (around 400 sq ft) We are using James Hardie 9 1/4". Will be pulling the existing soffit, trim and siding.
Thanks for you help!

damn good point...but!

What I meant by "This is something I would typically sub-out" is that siding is not one of my specialties. If it came my way back when things were flowing a little better, I would call someone else in to do it. But as it is, I have never done that...But damn good point!

Sorry for the mis-speak!
And thanks for your time!

Any advice??
