So would you bid this hrly or do it by the linear ft? If doing it by the foot, how much per foot. I am in a fairly small town, but there is an abundance of quasi-contractors in the area (read quasi-contactors as 1-2 guys with a p/u & a ladder) Any & all hints would be appreciated.
