Just wondering if any of you fine folks have ever put in a bid on a prevailing wage job. I've had an offer to put in a bid on a small 20k sq ft rec center in a city. We are non-union so I"m not sure if we can even bid?? I"ve already done google for dummies on prevailing wage job steps and it looks like a paperwork and rules nighmare. I thought these things were already locked up anyhow, so I'm betting we have no chance in getting the bid.
