I am sure it has been brought up thousands of times and I have looked...

But just to get a more current opinion im going to ask any how.

I was given the oportunity to pressure wash roughly 3700 sf of concrete and flagstone driveways and walkways for a neighbor.

I was planning to charge .10 cents/sf as it seemed to be a reasonable price and would be around (a little more) what I kake hourly for the time it would take.

I just cant help but think im under selling myself. But I would not know tbh as iv never charged for this type of work before.

I have a 4gpm 4000psi rig with a 100gallon tank to mix in cleaners and what have you. And I could do the job in less than 8 hours.

Does that sound ok?
