Concrete floor resurfacing

Concrete floor resurfacing project, Laguna California. Cement based underlayment used for concrete repair prior to installation of hardwood flooring. The product was installed at a 3/8" average thickness in order to smooth and resurface the concrete slab.

Ah what the hell, I have not posted any pictures in a long time. Here is a modern contemporary like built-in piece of furniture I did for a home office. Man I hate contemporary but have gotten compliments on it. I personally love the color. Customer drew out what she wanted and I made her dream come true.

Wood species is cherry select
Color is paprika
Slab doors
Framed boxes but full overlay doors
Adjustable shelves
Roll out trays behind base doors
9' ceiling

True satisfaction is standing in a finished room where only a dream once existed.

The back side of a riding arena. All tolled about 18K sf of standing seam.

Drip edge is about 180'. Drip edge to ridge is a couple inches shy of 47', those panels had some length. Pic was taken yesterday. It was a gorgeous spring day.

One more before I get off to class. I get such satisfaction when I have freedom to use my imagination and mix colors as well as wood species. The following is an example what one can do by mixing such and of course a brave customer who trusts what you are doing.

I have picked on a few of you cabinet guys for leaving a small space above the upper cabs. It is dead wrong but the customer insisted on using 30s and 36s. With the large 4" crown and rope we have about 8" due to just over 8' ceilings. Ehh...to me I left them a dust collection space up there but they are the boss.

Product is Merillat Masterpiecel
Wood species is maple natural and cherry paprika
Pantry and all bases are filled with roll out trays

Yes all the items on the countertop are props for the photos borrowed from our staff Interior Designer

Good memory and you are correct on the kitchen pic. The job is fresh in my mind because I had to go back last week to replace bad hinges on the pantry. The door didn't self close. Good ol Blum. Sometimes I wonder if if their reputation is as good as their product and I say this because I have replaced blum hinges on pantry doors on numerous occasion.

I've never replaced a Grass hinge yet. But they don't have a soft close feature on them, all they have is a add on part that doesn't go on the hinge.

Got called in on this one last week, GC got paid upfront. Didn't pay his subs by all account they where illegal and when they didnt get paid they took off with the kitchen 80% complete. So here is what we have done so far. Also doing some paneling and have to build a custom hood

Is this your first? You are kinda nonchalant about it so I am guessing no.
