And another one bites the dust. Garage doors go in next Wednesday.

They had a nice view out their back yard, as long as you don't mind a few windmills.

Started a new one yesterday, a gas station. This is my first commercial build as a super, even though my bags are still on.

Drove 3.5 hours, got to site at about noon and got started. By end of day 2 today, we had 300' of footings in, elevated, backfilled, bar tied (by us as well) and concrete down. It was a hard push for the 3 of us but we got 'er.

No, some 38 wide.

Deepest is a 22 x 12 tall for a trash pullout.

Tom
My trash pullouts are 13 3/8" tall, 21" long

Glad this one is behind me.
Huge trailer was leaking in a bunch of locations on the roof.
Got that tarred with 4" wide landscaping material between 2 coats of tar.
Replaced all the rotted plywood ceiling with fiberglass sheets. PITA when it's so hot out. They are like wet lasagna noodles.
Spiffed things up a bit with oak trim.....patched and painted the left wall....removed the satellite dish from the top.
I'd rather drywall a ceiling than deal with warm fiberglass sheets.
