yes the toilet is still working
vent pipe is run right through the middle of the room!
house is getting new plumbing, so it will be relocated
the vent pipe was not the problem, it was the small 1' overhang that was between the first and second floor
it just had a piece of flat steel on it, sloped towards the house of course. with no flashing up the wall at all

Demo'd old lime stone capping that was cracked and walls built out with stucco and siding to the point the walls were wider / same as old stone. Installed Dead level 3/4" PVC as substrate. Metal drip edge to outer permiter. Boral 1*2 to inner permiter to hide pvc visibility and give a good clean look. Ordered new lime stone with drip edge. Used sikaflex Stone/ hardscape adhesive to attached stone to PVC. Filled in joints with sikaflex sealant. Built a Deck above this lower deck last yr.

Came out like a carpenters dream.." Flat as a board"

Got pics back from the client. The plumber and others got finished up in the bath. My vanity has been adorned with a countertop, sink and faucet.

The wife is very pleased with it and said she has more projects for me to do. Then the husband got on her phone and informed me that she isn't allowed to talk with me anymore. To which I replied "I can't here you"

We've been doing business for a while and we can joke like that, I think :whistling

Drywall returns always look like they are missing something. I'm sure that looks 100% better than it did before.

He's getting an entirely new bathroom because she wanted it. And when she wants something else to be built I'll be on the list. :w00t:

I built their kitchen, a double hutch with a window seat, a huge wine rack, filled in a door and put a built in hutch with drawers and a couple of other small projects.

I'll be back.
