Haven't seen Polyseamseal in the box stores in quite a while. Me, I like the high vinyl content - how it finishes, holds up great.

Is there an equivalent in the box store, Sher Wm, etc.

Don't see Phenoseal around either. Don't want to hold product....

Polyseamseal is harder to remove than concrete

I curse anybody who uses that crap ahead of me. Sure it seals. But it also self heals.

So pulling it out of a seal is a pain.

Also when it is used on interior jobs I curse double.
