Got your pm...Thanks Ps is that why the hotwater valve (turnon handle) is now dripping meaning because the seat and spring is the problem. It never did that before. I'm going to see him first thing tomorrow.

Most likely, or something is wrong with the stem or it could be the wrong stem. Those rubber seats and springs are cheap money and should've been replaced while he was in there.

I think the problem was he sent his young helper unsupervised. When i asked where he was(Meaning the owner who i know and shows up himself always) he said tied up doing furnace work. He had 4 house calls for furnace work.
