Please HELP .. how to get waiver for Oklahoma

I am a journeyman electrican 25 years in Alabama wanting to move to Oklahoma and refuse to take the exam. The 2 states dont recriprocate. HELP

You want to move to a state that does not reciprocate, but you refuse to take their test?? So you are looking to change professions?
Why refuse to take the test? You're no worse off taking it and failing than not taking it. If you're rusty on load calcs and the like, maybe it's likely you'll fail the test. So take it, fail, study, and take it again and pass.
There is no shortcut, take the test or do something else.
? You a former con? If that's required then that's is what you have to do. If there is a wanted poster out for you, they will get you as soon as your name pops up on the radar.

Why is taking the test a problem?
