Ok, we are now 2 months away from 2004.

Are you planning anything different for your life/business in 2004?
What are your goals for the new year and how will you reach those goals?

My goals for the new year:

Continue the momentum of Contractors Chat Room to 15,000+ post by the end of next year.
Find some advertisers who will not only offset to cost of running the board, but also offer discounts to our members ;)
Build www.diychatroom.com traffic up to 10,000+ post by years end.

Buy my first investment real estate property. :D

Well, I did the cross country thing like I planned (hard, easy, hard, easy, ect....)
It looks like the economy is going to still be booming next year, so I am going to concentrate on building my customer base to get me going strong.

I definately exceeded them.
gave myself about a 12 thousand dollar raise, and it looks like the economy up here is just going to get stronger.
the outlook looks good, but still alot of hard work needed the next coming year to exceed again.
