Minimum wage & benis that you must pay is listed by county or city based on the employees job description

Advice - an intro would be nice in the Introduction area & then I would use the search feature above & look up prevailing, Davis Beacon, etc... Once you have read through those, if you still have questions, try to ask a more targeted question

I believe what your looking is what to charge for labor? Well I just took off a plan for a prevailing wage job where I have to pay a painter $55.71 an hour.

Now on top of that add all my OH and profit etc... Could be another 40-75% on top of that $55 bucks?

Don't forget all the other BS that goes along with it, punch lists, clerk of works can be a real dick......setup, travel and on and on it goes...

Good Luck. Oops almost forgot minority quota's as well.
