I have seen it used on boats (highly toxic paint) and it works well there. I don't know why the same technology wouldn't work on a house.

A few years ago I looked into the bottom paint removal, eco systems in particular. Even went through all of the EPA/disposal stuff. There are about 4 systems out there so if the first doesn't work go to the next.
If you are an established business, they will all send you a free evaluation kit. It's not much, pint at the least and quart at the most. Apply to the worst spot and evaluate.
