pedestal instalation

im remoldeling my bathroom and i just bought a kohler pedestal i was wondering if you would install the pedestal before you put in tile or after the tile is in also how would you mount it to the floor?

After tile, and drill the tile to screw into the tile.

Note: make sure that the rough is right, or you will be pulling tile off to move lines into position.
