I have been asked to give an estimate for powerwashing , prepping, and giving 2 coats of paint to a Historical homes Metal roof. Curious what you'd charge for this? And would this be with or without the paint. I'd say it is rougly 2500 sg ft. I plan to use Benjamin Moores DTM paint, unless you can recommend a better one.
THANKS!

Now, now, now, I don't think a solid deck stain's the answer (although it would be a hoot to apply).

No, I would go with a bunch of cans of Rustoleum, maybe get the metallic gold leaf look going......... imagine the sun glinting off on that baby on a mid winter sunny day. Shake 'em up real good and start sprayin'! For the price I'll defer to the experts on painting, but a rough guess would be 350 (cans of paint)..............
