ordenary retangle/gable roof houseplans

having trouble finding a general run of the mill set of homeplans,a househouse stright rectangle walls simple stright one peice gable roof.
im looing ideally for a 2000-2250 sq. space design.
everything i find is not a regular home design. almost like a large double wide design..
anyideal or anyone know of the name term one would use to find these types of homeplans?thanks.
