Mastic has a 25' panel now which we are using.

My son was telling me the Alside rep told him they were losing money by selling their windows to Window World and it was going to catch up with them.
Is that what you heard?

 

I havn't used these larger panels. What kind of spacing must be done? Are the corners and J's deeper to allow looser panels?:blink:

 

Not to overtake a topic, but I am curious to the ratio of vinyl to cement in your areas. In the Okanagan valley in BC the cheap is vinyl and the higher-ups are stucco and/or cement fiber. If your vinyl is selling in higher end homes I'm curious as to why. Cement is more costly but maintains better than vinyl.

the longer panels use the standard trim pieces,in the middle of the panel you ''lock nail'' a nail slot,controlling expansion

 

I do that even with standard panels. I like to make sure they stay centered.:thumbsup:
