Can't wait to get on my own again.

Yep that is right the timing is right this time to go back out on my own.

Tuesday I will have G/l, bond, and license. Thankfully insurance companies are opening up affordable markets again in Washington.

I already have a gig for some box houses. Now I'll have to scour the local mission's for some acceptable help. :cheesygri

I was doing a remodel six months ago. I don't remeber reporting to anybody but the home owner. NO but seriously the ex insurance commisioner let alot of insurance markets dry up. Hell we had doctors leaving in droves because of the btch. Six months ago wasn't as bad as 2 years ago when only two or three companies where giving out insurance though. :Thumbs:

About how GCs wouldn't pay the difference between your wages and the imigrants? I might have you mixed up with somebody else, but that was my advice to you back then to stop working for others and go out on your own. That was probably me but I was bitching about sub's I worked under. Now that the price for house has went up GC's are paying alot more money now.

What I have been doing is biding my time like a rounder at a poker table. I am now setting up the trap.
These subs that want a guy that knows what he doing but won't pay. So I am going to build my roll and get the tract ins. (2mil/3/mil with tract included)and bid for a whole tract all the houses.
And send the guys that can't afford it back to the drawing board. LOL

Or develop my own lots and "set the prices" for what I'll pay for completed work. You know I am not really justaframer I know more about puting a lots together that the guys I work for.

Some days I wish I had some Const. Managment schooling I'd de a shoe in for the cake jobs. But them my ass would look like one. :cheesygri

There will be some updates. I just got of the phone with a guy I did a casino remod for. He wants me to work on his summer home. It has been held up for a minute for asbesto's testing and now the architects have their thumbs up their butt. So another month. However I have some crackerjack t-111'r to frame up in the meantime.

I still am boycotting framing selectively. :cheesygri
