OK- I am a veteran Admin Director of 10 years, problem is... its in Occ Health. I know processes, organization, technology and automation.

My new task- organize and make processes of this GC biz. I'm still gently removing the layers of the owners "I do everything" mode... every day is something new. So... here it is- its the owner (GC), a Skilled Carpenter, a Helper, me (office) and a million Subs, a calendar white board that ONLY has estimates to go on (not jobs, not estimates to get done, follow ups, supply ordering etc...), his damn cell phone, Contractor QB and paper everywhere. I've tried implementing Outlook and well...at this point I know there has got to be a better system out there. I plan on continuing to develop it, but... any advice? :cry:
