All I have is this pic. It was against a stone fireplace. The fit was OK, it was however such a pain in the azz to get even close.

Like I said this one wasn't perfect. I gave up after an hour and a half. It was 10 ft up. If it was floor level I would have probably done better.

And no, I didn't have 20 tubes of caulk with me. :laughing:

I want to see the scribe tool you used.
Normal General scribe. Because some of the stones were back beveled I had to just draw it in by hand.

That's always an option. And if I owned one with a diamond blade and an awesome dust collection system I might have thought about it. Gotta do with what tools you have.

Nice. Much easier when it's on the ground. I've done some that were even crazier. But that was a long time ago and I don't even think I owned a camera back them. And cell phones weren't even around.
