Lot of work here and really starting to take shape. These I enjoy the most. Blowing out decks and landings and adding ipe. Demo of stucco on drive under and reframing for louvres and heavy dbl band. Bigger new windows and sash packs and enlarging openings for beautiful sapele doors. Building out tower wall and adding individual unpainted cedar shake over rain screen (beast to install with no corners when angle is off; have to rip each piece by hand and then razor cut for final fitment.) etc etc

Thanks man. I’m looking forward to the journey. With present homeowners changing stuff on the fly it might be something else altogether by the time we square up. Long as the checks keep clearing it’s an open palette.
