new small plant hire company

Im in the very early stages of starting up my own small plant and tool hire company. By trade i am a excavator operator but want to try and start up myown hire company and hopefully get it to a size which i can do full time. I would be gratefull if any of you have any advice for me in the basics of starting a plant hire company and what has most demand. Im thinking of things like whacker plates and cement mixers to start with, your thoughts and advice is more than welcome. look forward to hearing from you
