Good morning all. Been eyeing this site for some time do to the information that is available. Joined to add my $0.02 on occasion. Been in/out of construction for 15+ years. Was a Specialty Contractor in Drywall & Framing but found myself being limited due to our states regulations on what a Specialty Contractor can do. After meeting the States training and education requirement got my GC a few years ago although I still try to keep my jobs simple since I do have a full time job. I basically work 1/2 the year at my "Regular Job" and do construciton the other 1/2. Not to bad of a gig. Also got into Septic Install's last year. What a pain in the butt:laughing:, no pun intended. Orenco on-site treatment plants. Pain is the 16" water table and DEC requirments regarding dewatering but that another story.
