New from NJ

HI everyone,

I happen to stumble uppon this site by accident three nights ago and fell in love. I'm a diesel head so i have been posting on diesel forums for years now but it never dawned on me that there was such a site as this. I'm 36 and been roofing since my teens. I started out melting hot in the kettle, worked my way up to repair and maintenance manager, branch manager and then decided it was time to stop making money for everyone else but myself and jump into the crazy world of small business ownership. It's been a wild and fun ride and i wouldn't trade it for anything else unless i had to.

Anyway i hope i can contribute my experiences and knowledge and i am sure i can learn a lot from everyone here.
