Sounds like it's going to be custom. We go through about 35-40 custom sizes a year. Try Thermatru that's what I use most of the time.
There are others but you'll look harder.

I'm going to throw out Masonite. My source will cut down doors as needed as long as it doesn't reduce the integrity.

Provia is also another one that will cut down some of their door models.

Thanks guys! I went with Masonite. I decided to widen the RO and chose a 36" fiberglass door with a 10" sidelight.

Can someone offer tips on painting a fiberglass door?
