Carpenter / Foreman / superintendent

This is a working with the tools position

Construction Company requires an experienced carpentry foreman / supervisor to oversee a large wood frame condominium project in the lower mainland.

Duties:
Supervise and manage the day to day operations of the site.
Keep a time schedule, and control trades to finish the project on time.
Look for and implement cost savings.
Order material and account for them.

Requirements:
Must have 20 years experience in the industry.
Must have at least level 2 First Aid
Must be able to read plans, suggest recommendations and corrections / improvements to consultants such as Engineers and Architects.
Must be hands-on on the job and not only supervise but also perform construction duties. (This is not an office duty, the candidate must control, supervise and do construction work.
Must have an overall knowledge and skills on finishing

You must have a truck, tools, and preferably a bobcat or similar equipment.

Hours:
Monday to Friday 6:45AM to Closing time
Saturday 8:30AM to Closing time

Considering it doesn't make mention of how long the project will last I think the pay is quite low. Not that desperate yet.

What is "Level 2 First-Aid"?.. Do they teach these in "Nursing school".. Military Band-Aid, or ... from Da Kool-Aid Kids themself..!!??:w00t:

Well the compensation is $5K, I think you should have a full 3 yd loader too.

5k monthly wouldn't be so bad... but 20 experience years should get you more than 60k a year.
