I have to clean up the tops of 3 doors on store fronts. New windows in place of old AC units.

There is stucco on other parts but we dont want to do that here. Also dont want aluminum either.

I was thinking of T-111 plywood in the soffit area and something else on the flat. I think it will look to busy if I do all T-111

What do you think?

Where both side and top? Not to busy?

They offered me scraps of bead board panels at the yard dirt cheap but I wasnt sure.
Hard to see what the side actually looks like but above would look fine i think. Im sure Tom Struble has a pic of of a similar situation :whistling

You believe no one has it. Not even the siding yards. I used to use this stuff for Tutor homes and cover the seams with cedar, now its a special order.

May just do smart siding for soffit and PVC for sides and be done.

I liked that other plan :(

Sign board.

Medium density overlay.

4x8 sheets and they hold up better than PFJ.

...or like Tom said:
Sheet of Azek, and done.

I haven't seen hardi-stucco board in years.
