I have no idea what the site is about. Is it a handyman lead site?
You have to log in for something. What?
Why would a person have to use your site as a search portal like Google?

There are no meta tags at all.
Hello Tineer
I try to build this web site, to help people ,like home owners to make a service request fast,and the vendors or contractors to don't pay for service like others web sites
and the all service is free
I was sign up whit a web site they promise me a work but ,only money going out from my account

Yes, you need meta tags. Let's give him a break, or some rope. Whichever.

<title>Albert's Roofing Repairs | Slate and Window Flashing Co., Rich., Va.</title>
<meta name="Virginia Roof Leak Expert" content=" ">
<META NAME="description" CONTENT="">
<meta name="Keywords" content="
<meta name="ProgId" content=" ">
<meta name="robots" content="index, follow" >
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1252">
<meta name-author="

So on and so forth.
Not to mention Google analyitcs code, verifier code, etc.

Now, who are you? A little about yourself, occupation, intent, etc.

You need content and then links

I think it is a good start. It is well designed from a usability stand point. You need to make clear on the home page exactly what it is your website does for the visitor.

This is an extremely tough niche to break into, you will need tons of content and a daunting amount of links in.

The way I design my sites is to - create content (200 pages) then get links in, then pre-sell with advice and then monetize after you have a decent amount of traffic.

you can learn all about these ideas at Sitesell or Online business Cookbook.

I hope that helps!

Unless you're trying to be cute (don't), it's carpentry, not carpentering.
